What we collect
Digital Army does not collect or store personal information about site visitors directly. We do not run contact form data through analytics, and we do not use Google Analytics or similar first-party tracking.
We use one third-party analytics service — the LinkedIn Insight Tag — described below.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
Operator: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
What it does: The LinkedIn Insight Tag loads a small script from LinkedIn's servers when you visit this site. If you are a LinkedIn member and are logged in, LinkedIn may associate your visit with your LinkedIn profile. This data is used by Digital Army to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns (conversion tracking) and to enable retargeting of LinkedIn members who have visited this site.
Purpose: Ad conversion tracking and audience retargeting via LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Legal basis (POPIA): Legitimate interest — Digital Army has a legitimate interest in understanding whether its LinkedIn advertising produces site visits from relevant audiences. This interest does not override the rights of data subjects, who retain a full opt-out mechanism below.
